A total conversion mod for Star Wars: Empire at War

Star Wars: Empire at War: Yuuzhan Vong at War Mod is a total conversion mod created by YVAW team. This game utility provides additions to the real-time strategy video game, Star Wars: Empire at War: Forces of Corruption. It works to provide high-end visuals on a somewhat dated engine and revolutionize the gameplay. It also added new factions from the Star Wars universe. However, to enjoy all these, you will need to have a high-end rig.

What can players expect from the mod?

Star Wars: Empire at War: Forces of Corruption is an expansion pack to Star Wars: Empire at War. It adds the organized crime syndicate Zann Consortium as a third faction. The Consortium has a full-fledged campaign set in the background of the film trilogy. It specializes in corruption and is neither good nor evil. However, it is willing to go to any lengths for a profit.

With Star Wars: Empire at War: Yuuzhan Vong at War Mod, you can have new factions to play. There are four factions that you can choose to play, namely, The Galactic Empire, the Rebel Alliance, the Yuuzhan Vong Empire, and the Imperial Remnant. Note, however, that they are playable for skirmish only. The factions and their units will have unique strengths and weaknesses, which create a deep strategic experience.

On top of added factions, Star Wars: Empire at War: Yuuzhan Vong at War Mod also offers full multiplayer support. With this, you can battle other players in online skirmishes. It also added new detailed models with moving turrets, replaced background props, high-resolution textures, and incredible particle effects. However, as mentioned, it requires a high-end rig to enjoy full details and good performance. You may run it on low-end systems, but it might lag—quite badly—during certain game phases.

A promising mod

If you like to get more out of the Star Wars expansion pack, then Star Wars: Empire at War: Yuuzhan Vong at War Mod is worth a try. It adds new factions to the game and lets you play with your friends in an online skirmish. The mod also enhanced not just the visuals of the game, but also its gameplay. On the downside, it requires high-end devices for players to enjoy all its features.

Based on our scan system, we have determined that these flags are possibly false positives.

What is a false positive?

It means a benign program is wrongfully flagged as malicious due to an overly broad detection signature or algorithm used in an antivirus program.
